How to make it

  • First you pour some olive oil in a large pan over a medium flame.
  • Saute the garlic for around 3 min.
  • Now add in the rosemary, sauteeing for 2 min.
  • Next you can add the tomatoes and simmer 15 min.
  • Then you can add the broth and chickpeas, cooking over low for another 10 min.
  • Add the cooked macaroni and allow to cook through for about 5 min.
  • You can now add salt and pepper if needed.
  • Ladle and serve!
