How to make it

  • Brush the cast iron corn stick pans with oil and heat in oven for about 10 minutes.
  • In bowl,combine sweet potatoes,buttermilk,butter,and eggs,mix until smooth.
  • In another bowl,combine remaining ingredients.
  • Add to sweet potato mixture,stirring just until combined.
  • Fill the prepared pans 2/3 full with the batter.
  • Bake in 400 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes(or) until golden brown,around the edges.
  • Serve warm with honey butter.
