How to make it

  • 1. slice potatoes to your preferred thickness
  • 2. slice peeled garlic cloves fairly thin
  • 3. butter a 9 x 12 casserole dish
  • 4. put in one layer of potatoes
  • 5. put in 1/4 of the sliced garlic cloves
  • 6. repeat steps 4 and 5 3 more times.
  • 7. cover all with whip cream.
  • 8. bake at 325 f. for 45 minutes.
  • Add salt and pepper after it is cooked.
