How to make it
- 1. slice potatoes to your preferred thickness
- 2. slice peeled garlic cloves fairly thin
- 3. butter a 9 x 12 casserole dish
- 4. put in one layer of potatoes
- 5. put in 1/4 of the sliced garlic cloves
- 6. repeat steps 4 and 5 3 more times.
- 7. cover all with whip cream.
- 8. bake at 325 f. for 45 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper after it is cooked.
