This is the delicious creamed spinach served at a local famous Lawry's The Prime Rib Restaurant. Serve with, what else, Prime Rib & Yorkshire Pudding -- or just about any main dish..

Ingredients
- 2 packages (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
- 2 cups milk
Directions
- Drain spinach well and squeeze out excess moisture with hands; chop finely and set aside. Fry bacon in heavy skillet until crisp; remove, drain and chop.
- Saute onion and garlic in bacon drippings; add flour, Lawry's Seasoned Salt and pepper and blend thoroughly.
- Slowly add milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Add spinach and bacon; heat.

I think it is because that recipe was already posted hon. You can check that on the home page before you post a recipe. But no reason to do that, that could have just told you, I really do not think Lawry's would have a 3 recipe on their menu. I love creamed sinach and this is great. Thanks and 5 of course.
