How to make it

  • Cook noddles.
  • Drain
  • Arrange layers of noodles, sour cream, cottatge cheese then dot with butter.
  • Season each layer.
  • Pour enough milk to barely cover layers.
  • Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until milk is totally absorbed.

    anniemarie...I didn't know why you added the milk til I made it. But the noodles would take all the moisture and dry out if you did not have the milk in it.

    This sounds good, Dutchie. I don't know why you'd add the extra milk as there's so much dairy in the recipe already. I'll bet this is rich and delicious. A perfect comfort food for the cheese lovers out there. Thanks for sharing!
