Red Shrimp Oreganata

- 1 Tb olive oil shopping list
- 2 large cloves garlic,sliced shopping list
- 1 (14.5 oz) can petit-cut diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1-1/2 tsp dried oregano shopping list
- 1/2 tspsalt shopping list
- Dash -crushed red pepper shopping list
- 1 lb shelled,deveined uncooked large shrimp (21-30 Count) shopping list
- 1 Tb fresh,chopped,Italian parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in large skillet over med-high heat until hot. Cook and stir garlic 30 to 60 seconds or till fragrant and lightly colored
- Add tomatoes,oregano,salt and crushed red pepper;cook 5 mins or till slightly thickened,stirring occasionally.
- Add shrimp;cook 2 to 3 mins or till shrimp turn pink,stirring frequently. Sprinkle with parsley.
