  • 1 Tb olive oil
  • 2 large cloves garlic,sliced
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can petit-cut diced tomatoes
  • 1-1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • Dash -crushed red pepper
  • 1 lb shelled,deveined uncooked large shrimp (21-30 Count)
  • 1 Tb fresh,chopped,Italian parsley

Directions
  1. Heat oil in large skillet over med-high heat until hot. Cook and stir garlic 30 to 60 seconds or till fragrant and lightly colored
  2. Add tomatoes,oregano,salt and crushed red pepper;cook 5 mins or till slightly thickened,stirring occasionally.
  3. Add shrimp;cook 2 to 3 mins or till shrimp turn pink,stirring frequently. Sprinkle with parsley.
