How to make it

  • Peel and quarter potatoes.
  • Boil in salted water until tender.
  • Drain and mash until smooth.
  • Mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic salt and pepper.
  • Stir in potatoes until smooth and fluffy.
  • Place in an 8x11 baking dish and dot with butter.
  • Sprinkle with Swiss cheese and paprika.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes until lightly browned.

    I hope you give these a try, Hunnee. You may never want to have mashed potaotes any other way again! My son-in-law just loves them!
