How to make it
- Peel and quarter potatoes.
- Boil in salted water until tender.
- Drain and mash until smooth.
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic salt and pepper.
- Stir in potatoes until smooth and fluffy.
- Place in an 8x11 baking dish and dot with butter.
- Sprinkle with Swiss cheese and paprika.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes until lightly browned.
