Ingredients

How to make it

  • Method one;
  • chop your frsh herbs: rosemary, parsley, lavendar, chives , sage or whatever combo you prefer
  • Mix in those as you desire into the sea salt
  • Spread mixture thinly and evenly in a baking sheet pan
  • Bake 225 F until herbs are dried - about 45 minutes and occoasionaly remove pan from oven to stir salt, herb mixture
  • Cool Completely
  • Place in fodd processor or morter and pestal and grind as desired
  • Place in jars, seal air tight
  • OR unbaked: remeber salt is a preservative
  • mix already dried herbs in sea salt
  • If desired grind in food processor
  • Store airtight away from direct light
  • Note: I make several blends of salt, some for an Italian flare other oreintal to include fennel, cloves, cinnamon, lemon peel etc.
