Ingredients

How to make it

  • cook potatoes till tender
  • fry sausages and slice in 1/2 in. rounds, then in quarters
  • drain and mash with butter and milk
  • add cheesses, sausages bits, and mix well
  • beat eggs and blend into potatoe mixture.
  • add salt , pepper, and parsley
  • mixture should be smooth, if too thick add more milk
  • pour into greased casserole pan
  • bake 350 degrees 30 minutes
