Ravens Flaming Volcano

a Friend of mine went to Oahu and tried quite a few Flaming Volcano's and out of all them she liked this one and got it from the bartender, she shared with friends and now I'm sharing with you! dont drink and drive
Ingredients
- 2 oz lemon juice shopping list
- 4 oz orange juice shopping list
- 1 oz light rum shopping list
- 2 oz orgeat syrup or almond syrup shopping list
- 2 cup crushed ice or chipped ice shopping list
- .50 oz rum (151 proof) shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients except the 151 proof rum into a blender until smooth. Pour this into the mote area circling the volcano. Pour the 151 proof rum into the top of the volcano, and with a long fireplace match, ignite. Serve with long straws to sip from the mote.
- Serve in a volcano bowl with long straws to be shared with a group or pour into two mugs if you do not want to ignite the rum.
- In the top center, high 151 proof rum is ignited, giving the volcano a dramatic visual appeal. when the fire goes out, the clear rum in the top is to drink it adds a different flare to this drink, enjoy!.
