How to make it

  • Simply place all ingredients in a heavy duty skillet or electric fry pan and heat on medium heat until mixture boils.
  • Stir constantly ( to prevent burning of nuts ! ) until nuts are well coated and liquid is absorbed.
  • This takes about 10 minutes.
  • Then turn out onto brown paper ..
  • Separate nuts if needed .
  • When completely cool store air tight in a covered jar.
