Now these breast are so tasty I mean hay they are covered with oil and spices...YEAH BUDDY cannot think of anything better to put in my mouth then spicy oiled breasts.....hahahahahhaha You Know you smiled ...........hope you enjoy

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil.........
  • 2 cloves garlic - chopped......
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 1/4 tsp cumin......
  • 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper.........
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper.........

Directions
  1. Mix the oil, lemon juice, spices and garlic in a large bowl.
  2. Cut the chicken into cubes.
  3. Add the chicken to the bowl, stir to coat the chicken with the marinade.
  4. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Turn occasionally.
  5. Put the chicken on to skewers and grill over hot charcoal for 10- 15 minutes, turning frequently and basting with marinade.
  6. Serve with bread and salad.

No, I wouldn't know what it's like to put the oiled breasts in my mouth, LOL! On a more serious note, the marinade sounds really good!
