This sounds REALLY good! I hardly ever use 'regular' chicken anymore (just boneless skinless breasts) but this could make me fall off the chicken wagon! 5er for sure.

I like the idea of using milk to thin the mayo. I have saved this to try.

Hmmm and I was just wondering what to do with a bunch of chicken thighs... Mayo! Peclare, this sounds good and I think I'll make this. I even have an extra container of fresh bread crumbs! Thank you so much for sharing your recipe. I'm sure that my family and I will love the chicken!

I just wanted to let you know that the chicken came out great! I put the chicken on a round wired pizza pan over another pan to catch the "drippings." I cooked exactly a dozen bone-in thighs for one hour at 350 degrees. The chicken had a nice flavor and the skin was very crispy. Thanks again for sharing the recipe. My family really enjoyed it.
