Flaming Gruyere

- 1 Chunk of gruyere shopping list
- flour, to drench in shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 1 oz Grand Marnier 150 shopping list
- fresh lemon shopping list
How to make it
- Place 1 tablespoon olive oil in pan.
- Cut Gruyere in 1 " slices.
- Drag in flour on both sides.
- Place in pan and brown lightly on both sides.
- In a very hot oven ,place slices for 3 minutes(you do not want to leave them in to long)
- Remove from oven,place on heat proof plate.
- Pour the Grand Marnier over top.
- Light then extinguish flame with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
- Serve with a nice bread
