How to make it

  • Place 1 tablespoon olive oil in pan.
  • Cut Gruyere in 1 " slices.
  • Drag in flour on both sides.
  • Place in pan and brown lightly on both sides.
  • In a very hot oven ,place slices for 3 minutes(you do not want to leave them in to long)
  • Remove from oven,place on heat proof plate.
  • Pour the Grand Marnier over top.
  • Light then extinguish flame with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
  • Serve with a nice bread
