Ingredients

1/2 cup butter

1 package cream cheese (8 oz)

1 cup half and half

1/3 cup parmesan cheese

1 tabls. garlic powder

white pepper to taste

Directions

Melt butter in a medium saucepan

Once butter is almost melted, add cream cheese ( it is easier to melt if cut up into pieces)

When butter and cream cheese are mixed well, add half and half, parm, garlic powder, and pepper to taste

When mixed well and saucelike, remove from heat and let stand to thicken. Stir every few minutes until desired consistency
