Uploading A Recipe Help Group

uploading a recipe

I have typed in my recipe done everthing it asked me to do with no picture, but when I hit the upload button it wont upload it? It just scrolls me back to the top of the page. Please help!

I don't know if this will help. I am using Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 10. When I do an upload, I make sure the browser is in compatibility mode. It is an icon in the upper right corner that looks like a torn page. (next to the refresh icon). Since I've done that, I haven't had any problems. Give that a try, if you haven't already...
