Mmmmm……I so love dill! I made these wonderful potatoes for lunch today and they were so good I fried up extra for dinner. Oh, how I wish I could have used butter or bacon grease. Unfortunately, I knew the health food police would have a fit so I used olive oil and fried in a cast iron skillet so they would get golden brown and crisp. I didn’t have fresh dill so I used dried and just a hint of lemon pepper. Sprinkled with sea salt and enjoyed every single bite. I make fried potatoes all of the time and never thought to add dill or lemon pepper. So easy and so good! Thank you, Mommyluvs2cook, for sharing this awesome recipe!

Those look wonderful DIZ3! I've tried a similar recipe before
    Grilled Dill Potatoes
and the fresh dill really set it off. The lemon pepper would be awesome. I never thought of that. Bookmarked to try.

You're very welcome, Mommyluvs2cook! My sis cooks with a lot of bacon grease. She keeps a jar in the fridge and says it's a must when frying pancakes.

Gorgeous photos, DIZ, not only of the potatoes, but the whole meal looks like something right up our alley! I have dried dill on the shelf, but never know what to use it for. Those potatoes look like a good possibility.

Nadine, dry dill works o.k. Fresh would definitely be better, but I never have fresh.
