Dilly Potatoes

This is a simple way to liven up potatoes using very little ingredients.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes shopping list
- butter or bacon grease (for more flavor if you have it) shopping list
- fresh dill shopping list
- lemon pepper seasoning to taste (or lfresh lemon juice and pepper) shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Cut the potatoes into fry like shapes or wedges, not to big.. I sometimes cut them pretty small when in a hurry to lessen cook time. Add butter or bacon grease to pan and heat on medium. Add potatoes and cook until slightly tender...scrape any crusties off bottom of pan...those are little pieces of flavor heaven. Add dill and lemon pepper. Add salt to taste. Cook until tender....and enjoy!

I made these tonight as a side to my garlic butter steak. They were really good and everyone really enjoyed them. I used both fresh lemon juice and lemon pepper seasoning.. Thanks Mommyluvs. Ill be making these again!
