Dilly Potatoes

- 2 large potatoes shopping list
- butter or bacon grease (for more flavor if you have it) shopping list
- fresh dill shopping list
- lemon pepper seasoning to taste (or lfresh lemon juice and pepper) shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Cut the potatoes into fry like shapes or wedges, not to big.. I sometimes cut them pretty small when in a hurry to lessen cook time. Add butter or bacon grease to pan and heat on medium. Add potatoes and cook until slightly tender...scrape any crusties off bottom of pan...those are little pieces of flavor heaven. Add dill and lemon pepper. Add salt to taste. Cook until tender....and enjoy!

I made these using bacon grease, which added a nice smokey flavor to the mix. I think they'd be nice with butter or olive oil too. Thanks for the yummy recipe!
