Of course I loved this! I used my favorite type of bagel that I get from Target called the "Everything Bagel". It has garlic, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, and onion pieces baked up onto it. Before I put the top piece of bagel on I broke the yolk and carefully spread it around so it would be less messy. So good, and I shared it with my little guy who probably ate about half of it on his own! :) I needed the help though, it was huge!

I wanna make it again trying a different cheese, cheddar or swiss, maybe. I have thought of putting a runny egg on a bagel but never did it just because it seemed messy with that hole in the middle lol! Spreading it made me feel comfortable, but I'm curious to see how it holds up when the top is just plopped on and bitten into.... Eeek lot's of napkins! I'm not a morning person....

Wow, that looks good. I've had cream cheese on a bagel and have made an egg and bacon bagel sandwich but never thought of combining it all. I gotta try this!

Thanks guys! I have never been a huge bagel eater until lately, especially since I finally tried Einstein Bagels which is THE BEST! OMG their garlic bagel would seriously be my last meal, if I had to choose :))

That looks great, mom. And the garlic bagel is the absolute BEST. I love all the crisp chunks of garlic. Love them warm with cream cheese and lox......Nowhere to get them around here, tho : (
