    Hey, Lillian!! :) :)Just mix it all together, and chill while I did the shrimp...it's much like a tartar sauce, without the dill element, and replace that with tarragon :)

    I like that idea! Sounds much easier than the Bearnaise sauce I made once. I had to do a vinegar reduction, then I had to cook it with eggs and try not to scramble them...which I ended up doing because I was distracted by my guests. It wasn't good!
