  I've never treated avocado like this before and I like it! My family felt it needed more substance to it, like beans or pasta, but I was fine with the way it was. I did follow the crouton directions exact and they came out kinda greasy for me. Everyone else liked them a lot but I'm just curious if I would have just brushed the tops with the butter mix it would have worked better. I used the bag technique. I ONLY had cheddar cheese in my house for some reason so that's what I used. Not my best picture either, :-o
