Well I ended up looking up another recipe of his/hers that used risotto with the same amount of liquids so I just figured! Otherwise I woulda been clueless!

that's why I came up with the orzotto(which Choclytcandy now uses that term, too, hehehe :)... similar texture and taste, without the work...

I might try this one of hers, but I probably wouldn't add the chicken
