Angel Hair Pasta With Basil Amp Tomatoes
I have lots of Roma tomatoes to use up and I found this using a "Roma tomato" search. It definitely uses up some tomatoes but I think the amount of them would work better for me is there were fewer of them. Added some shrimp although the chicken suggestion would work, too, I think. A tad more on the recipe.

I have two very large basil plants. One cup of it would be needed for me to make this recipe, as I would quadruple it. So a hair cut is in order for the plants.

I agree that the spec'ed out tomato is too much and also cut the ingredient level in half.
S&P were added. Gave it a 4-star rating only because of the amount of tomato.
Used Parmesan but forgot to put it on before the pic was taken.
