    I wish I had looked the original picture again before I took these out. I think mine would have benefited from 10 more minutes. The first side was really crispy but the flat, cut side wasn't. I should have left them in longer. :( I used smoked paprika and I wish I had added more. This is a very different way to make potatoes and I will have to try it again.
