Apple Butter Bread

    This is going to be a good loaf. It stuck a little in the bottom of the loaf pan. So I suggest some grease and flour for the pan first.
    The batter was on the thick liquid side, which I liked. Because the last few quick breads I've made were very thick and a hassle to mold.
    Doubled the recipe without trouble.
    Going to wrap these loaves after they cool and pop them in the freezer for the Christmas Party.
