When I seen this recipe by Twill10 that I thought to myself that this is a MUST TRY out.Made it this afternoon on these Apple Pie Enchiladas.OMG it does taste like Enchilada's.I would never wouldve'd thought on using flour tortillas in something like this.It taste like an apple pie.I don't know how to explain it till you try it.The very first photo that you see camed right out of the oven.The second photo is where I was about to try it out for the first time.The syrup to this is pretty good.This would be great with ice cream or cool whip.

Frankieanne, your welcome.You won't believe this.I had one of the enchilada's 3 to 4 hours ago and Chris made a comment to me to make sure that I save him one.I think that Chris is going to pick more of the flour tortillas and I told him that I barely had enough of the apple pie filling for this recipe that I made.I'm looking forward to seeing what Chris says.Truthfully to be honest with you.I believe that this recipe on this Apple Pie Enchilada's are a winner.
