Apricot Honey Chicken

Easy recipe! I salt and peppered my chicken to take away a little from all the sweetness. I usually cook my chicken a little longer so I did it for about 25 mins total. Oh I did add a tiny bit of course grain mustard because it sounded like it would go well and I wanted to use up the bottle. Sorry, the pic is not great, eh, it happens :)

Oh, that looks so good. I know I've said this before, but I just love cooking with honey on meats. I'll bet that sauce would be good on salmon. Or on a pork chop.

Oh I love sweet stuff on meat too! My daughter has finally been converted to it so I'm happy!

OK, now what green plant is that? I think your pic looks great. When you cook your chicken that long, does it come out dry? I never have any luck with long cook times

Looks like it might be dill.

I actually just estimated myself...probably about 5-6 mins a side. Yea it's dill, I was just trying to find something in my fridge to add some color to the picture lol!
