Apricot Honey Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 boneless-skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1 Tbs. canola oil shopping list
- 3 Tbs. apricot preserves shopping list
- 2 Tbs. orange juice shopping list
- 4 tsp. honey shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat to about 375F. add chicnen and lower heat to medium,cook for 6-7 minutes, turn over and cook till done-about 5-6 minutes
- combine preserves,honey and juice,pour over chicken and heat through and serve
