I decided to make this for lunch the other day, since I surprisingly had every single ingredient! The only small sub I made was to use grape tomatoes instead of cherry. I loved the creamy dressing, it was surprising light and perfect with the salad ingredients. Used homemade mayo. Another winner left by Keni :)

Oh, that looks tasty. I love onions in a salad and that dressing looks really yummy. Did you use the the full amount of honey? That is a lovely, colorful picture. Looks like summer. :)

I love onions in a salad too! I think I used around 1 Tbs. of honey. Did not measure, just stuck the spoon in it and added it. Tasted when done and I was happy about the sweetness. I never measure lol!
