Asian "Salisbury" Steak

I personally LOVE salisbury steak, but my husband is a hard one to convince. He likes burgers but just not the idea of eating a patty on it's own. He did not complain though and ate the whole thing :) This had great ingredient's and even though I found myself buying canned straw mushrooms (eek) to stick with the recipe, this was good, and the mushrooms weren't as bad as I was imagining. The gravy was definitely delicious and probably why my husband ate this so well! I did not serve my portion with the soba noodles, but everyone else got some. YUM! Hope you come around again soon Keni, to see this :)

Well good for you making this, getting hubby to eat them (widen his horizons) and especially for getting the special mushrooms. I like mushrooms but for some reason I don't like those particular ones. (Some reason is that they, well are too sexual looking for me.)
