    Bacon Cheese Topped Chicken
    We had this for dinner last night and my Hubby thought it was delicious! I used one half a bone in organic chicken breast and left the skin on. The timing was still about 25 minutes. I also did this on foil and clean up was a breeze! I did not care for this as much as my Hubby did. I found it a tad too rich for me. The chicken was very moist and tender though. I served it with new potatoes and fresh yellow beans. Thanks Pat:)
