I made this for Keni's Cooking Day 2016. The addition of bacon to this fried rice is delicious and a big hit with my family. Why had I never added bacon to fried rice before, they asked. Why does this taste so good this time they asked? Well, because it is a Keni recipe...that's why. I added a bit of hot chili sauce instead of red pepper flakes and I did use brown rice instead of white. RIP Keni....you are missed.
