Baked Chicken Tenders

Recipe by Wyf42ArmyMen: Baked Chicken Tenders
Good flavor but really does need some S&P rubbed in before the mayo coating.
There is plenty of breading, so take your pick of doubling the tenders or halving the breading. I doubled and still had some breading left over.
Baked at 15 minutes over a wire rack so I didn't have to turn at half way. Could have gone a couple minutes more if one is looking for a more colorful crust.

I love making my own chicken tenders. I don't like some of the ones I find in restaurants and stuff that are just caked in breading. These look good Points!

Don't believe you're reading it right. Two sons or father son combination comes to mind first. Not a whole platoon of soldiers. : )
