I have been trying to get through a huge box of cornflakes so this was nice! This was SUPER crunchy! I had regular fresh bread crumbs so I added some Itlalian seasoning to the mix. I made my own buttermilk and instead of cooking them on the olive oil I used a baking rack on my pan to make sure the bottom stayed crisp. Very good!
