I made Pat's
Baked Haddock
recipe for dinner last night and it was great. Served it along with
Crispy Oven Fries
which is also another recipe of Pat's.
I didn't have haddock so subbed with Cod. The recipe has nice flavour. I cooked it at 450F instead of 500F just because I was using the same oven to do the fries in and the fries called for a 450F oven temp. 500F probably would have made the coating a little crispier but it was yummy as it was. (Love her fries too....have made them before...a real treat!)
The best thing about this recipe is that you can just pop the fish in the oven and not have to monitor it. Come back 15 min. and its all done. Good post Pat! Thanks as always!
