Crispy Oven Fries
Chuckieb has made these before but I didn't find a link so I made my own. :)
These are just as she says - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I served them with Pat's Oven Fried Shrimp for dinner for my sister who is visiting. I got the best sister of the year award again. :)

I forgot to mention that I didn't peel my potatoes. Just scrubbed them up good.
Yeah, she was pretty happy. Plus, she had this Italian Dressing on her salad as I had leftovers. :) A GR menu dinner!
