Oven-Fried Shrimp

- 3/4c. dry italian-seasoned bread crumbs shopping list
- 2Tbs. all purpose flour shopping list
- 1Tbs.lemon zest shopping list
- 2tsp dried oregano shopping list
- 2 egg whites shopping list
- 11/2lbs jumbo shrimp,peeled and deveined,butterflied,tails left on shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line jellyroll pan with foil. In bowl, combine crumbs,flour,zest and oregano. Whisk whites until frothy. Add shrimp,toss to coat. Coat shrimp in crumb mixture. Arrange on pan;generously coat with cooking spray. Bake,turning once and coating with cooking spray,until opaque,4 mins. a side.

Very tasty and very quick. I usually eat my shrimp with cocktail sauce but these were tasty enough to do without! Added my picture as well. More in IMI
