Phil's Phish AND Crispy Oven Fries

I made two of Pieclare's recipes last night
Phils Phish Or Fish
and
Crispy Oven Fries
They were both Fantastic.
The fish has great flavour. When you make the mayo mixture with the herbs and spices and lemon juice it alone smells good enough to eat! The recipe says to Grill it but I'm going to try pan fry it next time as here in Canada we're getting past grilling weather for a few months.
The potatoes browned up really nicely and I chose this recipe because I don't deep fry and this only requires 6 tbsp. of vegetable oil total. It was a really nice treat and I'll totally make it again.
