How to make it

  • Spray a piece of aluminum foil. Rinse and dry fish and spray with oil or cooking spray and sprinkle with coarse salt.
  • Combine lemon juice,mayonaisse,combination of lemon-pepper,garlic salt and onion powder. Spread a very thin layer of mayonnaise over fish fillets. Sprinkle with panko crumbs and dot wit pats of butter(about 1.5 Tbs). grill 8 to 10 mins until fish is opaque and flaky. Sprinkle with parsley.

    Yummy. Thanks to Phil, this sounds great. The mayo coating sold me...just what my momma taught me, except she didn't have panko. That makes it even better.
