Love fries! (or chips as we call them)... Store-bought Oven ones are fine but you can choose the variety of potato to make these, and they will be great (not to mention a bit healthier!)

Made these last night with your tandoori fish (had no sweet potatoes & no unsalted butter, so we made these instead). YUMMY! My oldest daughter said to tell you "thank you"!
