Baked Haddock

- 4 haddock fillets shopping list
- 3/4c milk shopping list
- 2tsp. salt shopping list
- 3/4c bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/4c grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/4tsp ground thyme shopping list
- 1/4c melted butter shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 500. In a small bowl,mix milk and salt. In seperate bowl,mix bread crumbs,parmesan cheese,and thyme. Dip haddock in milk,press crumb mix into fillets to coat. Place fillets in a glass baking dish,drizzle with melted butter. Bake top rack for 15 minutes.

Sounds very easy and yummy. Saving for later. Always looking for fish dishes for my hubby. This would be something easy to do during the week after work. Great post!
