How to make it
- Preheat oven to 500. In a small bowl,mix milk and salt. In seperate bowl,mix bread crumbs,parmesan cheese,and thyme. Dip haddock in milk,press crumb mix into fillets to coat. Place fillets in a glass baking dish,drizzle with melted butter. Bake top rack for 15 minutes.
