Baked Haddock Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 500. In a small bowl,mix milk and salt. In seperate bowl,mix bread crumbs,parmesan cheese,and thyme. Dip haddock in milk,press crumb mix into fillets to coat. Place fillets in a glass baking dish,drizzle with melted butter. Bake top rack for 15 minutes.

    Yeps, good!
    Never thought of using Parmesan cheese.
    I've always done my baked fish with a good strong Chedder cheese.
    Will try it like this next time.
    Its good with Hake too.
