  Baked White Wine Onion Soup
  I don't like really soupy soups. I guess I'm more of a stew type person. The ratio of liquid in this to onion is very low and I really liked that. Most onion soups have a lot more broth to them so this one was perfect for me. A very nice lunch! Thanks, Marie! :)
