  This is a great flavoured recipe but I found that the batter was on the thin side for me. It reminded me of crepe batter. I think that there should be more flour. Will be making again.

  You're right, Nadine, there is not enough flour in the recipe as written. Other than the addition of the bananas, it's almost identical to my tried and true recipe, and mine uses 2 C. flour. You may need even more with the mashed 'nanas, but I'd start with 2 C. and go from there. They sound good. Add some mini chocolate chips and make them chunky monkey pancakes - yum!
