Banana Pancakes

- 1-3/4 cups flour shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sugar shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed (about 3/4 cup) shopping list
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted shopping list
- 1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
- In another mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, bananas and melted butter. Add to the flour mixture, stirring until just combined. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Stir in walnuts.
- Cook over medium heat on prepared griddle and serve immediately when done or keep warm in a loosely covered, ovenproof dish in a 300-degree oven.

Wow this recipe has great flavour. But to me the batter was to thin reminded me more of a crepe batter. Next time I make this recipe will add more flour.
