How to make it

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
  • In another mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, bananas and melted butter. Add to the flour mixture, stirring until just combined. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Stir in walnuts.
  • Cook over medium heat on prepared griddle and serve immediately when done or keep warm in a loosely covered, ovenproof dish in a 300-degree oven.

    NadineM ate it and said...
    Wow this recipe has great flavour. But to me the batter was to thin reminded me more of a crepe batter. Next time I make this recipe will add more flour.
