Basic White Sauce

    Whipped this up to make Elgourmands Creamed Eggs On Toast/saved Nice and smooth, pretty much like a gravy but the basil makes it a tad sweet unlike a gravy! Anyway, I added a bit of Havarti cheese. Worked great!

    Basil is definitely an interesting add! Looks easy enough as well. Well, I guess the instructions are good. I am a horrible gravy maker so now I just have gotten out of the habit of gravy. :)
