The instructions were pretty nebulous and I probably would have given it four stars for that but Griz was my buddy so I gave it five. He was one of only two people here at GR that I have ever chatted with on the phone. He was a goofy guy with a great sense of humor and I really miss him

I love fried rice! I think I've only had shrimp fried rice once and that was when I made it a long time ago. I don't trust the shrimp at the Chinese places! I bet the pulled pork would have been delicious...that's a good idea for the next time I have leftover pork! Your pic. looks delicious :)
