Ingredients

How to make it

  • Pan-fry the eggs into thin sheets in a frying pan. Remove and cut into
  • small strips.
  • Heat peanut oil over high heat. Stir-fry shrimp and chicken. When done,
  • sizzle in 1 tsp. wine.
  • Add the cooked rice. Stir until well-mixed. Add 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 1/4
  • tsp. MSG and the diced green onion. Add 1 tsp. salt (or more). Stir-frry
  • for at least 10 minutes over MEDIUM heat. Add egg strips.
  • Serve hot.

    Griz, sweetie, you left behind some goofy instructions but I made it through. I didn't have any bbq pork and I didn't have any chicken either. :-P I used all shrimp. I figured you meant I was to stir the cornstarch into the soy sauce so that is what I did, too. I was lazy and just scrambled the eggs and didn't use MSG. I used leftover Rosemary Rice and it really gave it a great flavor. The only complaint I have is that I think doubling up the green onions would be great. Still - I loved this. I added my picture and added this to IMI 10/4/14

    Sounds great! I have heard if you add a tsp. of vinegar when cooking rice, it won't be sticky. I don't know if it's true or not.
