I really loved this. I was afraid one tablespoon of fresh rosemary would be too much but it wasn't. This smelled wonderful while it was cooking. I always get my onions very nearly cooked before I throw in the garlic as I don't want the garlic to burn. I also didn't use the Parmesan because I planned on using this for a shrimp fried rice meal. Otherwise, made exactly to spec. Cooked mine for 18 minutes then let it sit for about 5 off the heat before I stirred it up. I had a little bowl with some butter on it and I went back for more. I had to stop myself from eating it to have the leftovers for the fried rice! I will definitely make this again. I added a picture and put this in IMI 10/2/14.
