I was looking at this recipe the other day thinking I had recently bookmarked it and then I saw I bookmarked it six years ago! Where does the time go?
I made this for this Bears Shrimp Fried Rice that I will probably make for my lunch on Saturday so I didn't use the Parmesan. I'm thinking the rosemary will go great with the shrimp. This is a really great tasting rice that would be wonderful as a side for some chicken or fish. Really delicious. A tad more on the recipe.

Its a really great rice. The rosemary adds a lot but I think the broth, onions and garlic do a good job, too. Its on my keeper list now.
You have a good eye, Marie. I used to have loads of pink depression glass. When I went to my "keep only what you use" way of living a few years back, I sold it all but a few pieces that I use. The bowl is one of them. :-)

I love depression glass and that is a beautiful piece you kept..I have a small light colored cranberry plate, I don't know how old it is, but I love it:) I wish I had the space to actually be able to collect depression glass, but I'm on the same page as you, if I don't use it, get rid of it:(

I wish I had the space, too. That was part of the problem. I had so much it was packed in newspaper in four large cardboard boxes and stuck in a closet. Just a waste of the beautiful glass. You should see the pink etched ice bucket I have. :-)

It could go by the name of veggie bouillon. I picked it up by accident. Had a picture of a chicken on it and I thought I was buying chicken bouillon. Bought it from Save-A-Lot. That's what I get for shopping without my glasses.
