A recipe from Champagnetime Beef Taco Bake#

I absolutely love a good casserole and this fit the bill:) It was easy to prepare and quite tasty! I used ground turkey instead of ground beef, added some diced onion & garlic powder to the turkey as it was cooking. I also added a few dashed of Habanero sauce to the mix for a little more heat:) I cooked on 375F for about 30 minutes, which worked out well. I'll be making this again for sure..thanks Champagnetime!

Oh yes, I did forget to mention that I used corn tortillas..thanks Michelle:) I totally agree, I love a recipe where I don't need "special" ingredients and can use what I have in the pantry and fridge!

It WAS good Frankieanne..I was pleasantly surprised actually...that's kindof why I added onion & garlic and a few splashes of hot sauce! It would be good even if you didn't add anything extra:)
